How many people fit on the cart?Our low-speed vehicles accommodate 5 guests.

What if we have more than five in our group?We love group tours! Call us at 479-445-6700 to inquire about tours for group sizes larger than five. We can arrange to take multiple low speed vehicles on your tour. Additional fees are involved.

Where do we meet for our tour?The meeting spot for all cart tours is right in front of the 21c Museum Hotel, located at 200 NE A. St. in downtown Bentonville.

Am I guaranteed the time that I booked online?In general, yes. However, in some circumstances, we may need to change your tour time. We try to limit this as we know your time is valuable and there are lots of things you want to do while you are in Bentonville!

What if I need to change my reservation?Simply email karen@bigonbentonville.com your name, original tour date and time and the date and time you would like to move to and she will get you all fixed up!

What is your cancellation policy?Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or to inquire about a cancellation.

What is your bad weather policy?Riding in a golf cart during a downpour is no fun for anyone! If the weather is nasty at the time of your tour, or is expected to be bad, we will attempt to reschedule you for another tour time. If rescheduling is not possible, customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to severe weather.

May I bring my pet?Absolutely, you are more than welcome to bring your pet, but only when booking a VIP (private) tour!

How many people can the tour accommodate?Our bike tours are for groups sized from 2-4 guests.

What times are tours offered and what is the length of the tour?Our bike tours are offered daily at 9 AM and 2 PM. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we also offer a 6 PM tour. These tour times are also subject to the availability of our tour guides. Please check our website for up-to-date availability. Bike tours will be approximately 2.5 hours in duration.

What is the price of your bike tour?The price of our bike tour is $119 per person. This includes an Ebike (Specialized Turbo Levo), helmet and bottle of water.

What equipment is supplied for me for my tour?No need to go out and rent a bike or acquire a helmet—we gotcha covered with a full-suspension Electric Mountain Bike (Class 1), helmet and bottle of water!

What is a Class 1 Ebike?A Class 1 EBike is pedal assist only (no throttle) and has a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph. Your guide will discuss the proper use of bicycle mechanics, including brakes and gear shifters before the tour begins.

Can I bring my own bike?If you prefer to bring your own bike and helmet, we will offer you a $25 per person discount on your tour.

Where do we meet for our tour?The meeting spot for all bike tours is at the corner of NE Blake Street and NE B Street, just across the street from Blake Street House (which is located at 301 NE Blake Street). We will meet in the grassy area by the giant metal “paper” airplane.

Who will be our guide?Our bike tour guides are experienced in all types of trail riding and love to share with others the beauty of Northwest Arkansas that can only be seen from bike trails. Our guides are well-versed in bike maintenance and repair and will have your bike in top shape for your tour. Your guide will also carry bike lock(s) and basic repair equipment (tools, tubes, chain link, etc.) along on each tour.

What should I wear for the tour?Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Sunglasses or protective eyewear is encouraged.

Where will we be going on the bikes and what will we see?Our Private Ebike Tour of Bentonville will take you along the Razorback Greenway and some of Bentonville’s streets. You’ll get a chance to see the town, ride up the world’s first bikeable building (The Ledger), then head out on the Razorback Greenway paved trail to experience the beauty of Northwest Arkansas and its scenic landscapes. You’ll make one or two stops along the way for refreshments before returning downtown to the original meeting point.

Will I be required to sign a release of liability waiver?Yes, we do require a signed release of liability waiver for each bike tour participant. Our tour guide will have waivers on hand when you meet for your tour and will ask you to sign them before you depart.
